It is a good thing that he was not actually attacking her. She would have had to ask him to wait a minute while she put her magazine in and cock the pistol!! What good is a self defense weapon (gun) if it is not loaded?????

I almost got shot (maybe a pepper spray) by a woman about a week ago. I was walking toward my recycle bin at the curb and a woman was walking down the street. It was timed that we would meet at the bin and as I approached my bin she stuck her hand in her purse. Whew!

at first, I thought the six year old had the gun, I was pretty impressed until I re-read... but good for her.

We had a guy here that would go out and have sex with the leg of a picnic table when the kids were walking down the street after school.

1. OUCH that had to hurt.

She would have been prosecuted for murder if she had shot him. Her life was not in danger, so deadly force was not justified.
