There are at least a few different varieties I'm sure. I've seen a few at a gunshow. I also recall seeing one in the "Eyewitness Books" series, the "Arms and Armor" issue. Course that book had the most guns and swords of any book in the school library at the time, so my memory is rather vivid.

I'm not so sure this is all that special a piece... these guns were quite popular back in the day, and hundreds of variations were put out by all sorts of companies you've never heard of.

Still, pretty cool ain't it?

This gun's "day" was the mid-1990's. It was called the Frontier Four Derringer, and has a revolving firing pin that fires one barrel at a time.

A modern send-up of the old Sharps design.

The 4-Aces was manufactured in 1974 in Brownsville TX.

Like Countrygunsmith said, it has a revolving firing pin and shoots 22 shorts.
However, mine is marked 4-ACES
