Yes; but. I only use them for my Hahn-Steyr, C-96 and Bergman pistols. Otherwise; as far as rifle mags, I don't. I suppose if I fired thousands of rounds in rapid fire; I would likely load with strippers on my auto-rifle mags.

I use them in my SKS all the time. They speed up the process when using my ten and five round huntin clips.

I use them for my SKS all the time. Thir main use in the AR is to load the magazines. You might think about one of the mag loading tool on the market.

I favor them if given the choice. I use them frequently on both of my SKS carbines. The clips are cheap and they save a great deal of time and effort, especially when shooting something that goes through ammo like an SKS!

I used them as long as I had my "03 Springfield"!

Unfortunately it was stolen along with others about fifteen years ago.

Like others, I use them on my SKS. Don't care for them much, but it's the quickest way to load it. I agree with the reloading tool mentioned. Not the one at a time kind. The kind where you can put quite a few rounds in it, and push them all in at once.

I got a new AK Monday and picked up one of the Lula mag loader/unloader. It is quick and easier than my poor old trigger finger unloadin them one at a time. I also order a Russian mag loader, clips on the magazine and you load the mag with stripper clips.

I use them for my SKS's and my AR. Don't have a charger for the AK mags and never was any good at just holding the stripper clip over the mag and getting it to work.

i have about 30 stripper clips for my sks. me and my brother like to put the sks on a bipod one man shoots and the other stands over and feeds rounds in the rifle with the stripper clips. it is a fun way to put about 200 rounds down range in about 2 minutes.

We always loaded our own magazines when heading out for the night. I have spent many hours with M-16 strippers clips and the "spoon" that attached to the magazine to accept the stripper clips.

Could also be used for a makeshift spoon for c-rats or mre's. Just stick an empty stripper cilp in it for handle and dig in.

I think they work quite well. In the past I used them to load mags for two ARs I owned and currently I still use them on one of my SKSs.

I use them for my K-31. The Swiss really didn't use the magazine to hold spare rounds, they used stripper clips. The magazine was detachable mainly for cleaning.

Mosin Nagant, (I must have 50 or 75, original, repro, steel and brass.....)and the SKS, (Used em before all the time when I owned the Romanian, just found where I "hid" them so now I can stuff the Yugo....)and will soon for my Enfields, both the .308 and the .303 as soon as I buy them.

And while it's not a stripper, more like a Garand's en bloc, I HAVE to use them for the M95 Steyr,

Greatest invention since sliced pizza....

Hmmm, strippers in a clip joint. Nope, never indulged in that sort of thing. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

I just picked up a couple of Enfield .303 strippers, and a couple of .308 five round NATO strippers to try with the 2A Enfield and the No4, and I was pleasantly surprised....BOTH loaded into the appropriate Enfield mags smoothly, almost like butter....maybe now I can appreciate more the "detachable, but not meant to be detached" British thinking when it comes to mags....

Although WHY make a 12 round mag for the Ishapore if they only make 5 round strippers? Maybe Colonial Indians couldn't count in English?

I also found some "real" Mosin Nagant strippers at the show yesterday, not the Tapco cheapies, but I couldn't bring myself to cough up $2 per when I have about a hundred of the Tapcos, in both steel and brass....but I should have just bought one to see if they worked better, darn....

I hear those British strippers are pretty hot, Polish, but bringing them home might tick off the wife a bit and cause the neighbors to talk.

If I did that , PS, I would have ANOTHER way to appreciate the "detachable, but not meant to be detached," and it would PROBABLY happen with a dull bayonet.....
