Default RRA Upper in Swap Sheet.... Is it worth it?

There's an ad in the swapsheet for a Rock River Arms upper receiver. Here's the text of the ad:
PRE-BAN complete Rock River Arms Cav A4 upper receiver, with tactical carry handle, A2 flash hider, bayonet lug, 16" chrome lined barrel, fired arppox. 300 rounds, sale includes LN M9 bayonet, EC $650
I looked on RRA's site and couldn't find an upper like that that had the MSRP of $650. I'm sure there are probably some upgrades on that upper that aren't listed in the ad. Would you guys say this is worth even calling about?

$650 for just the upper receiver? It must have a Gold lined barrel!

Get yourself a copy of Shotgun News and see what uppers are going for. Here is a link to DS Arms where you can get a complete upper, minus bolt group for $275.00
