The un and the libs are commie, vile, despicable, poisonous, rat infested, puss oozing cottage cheese eating, monkey dung, stinky, yeast infected, flea bitten, turds.
When it comes down to it there is really nothing they can do. Do they really want or have the will? Cause that day will be a long one for them.

Option 1 - Government-mandated voluntary surrender of firearms. Please proceed to your nearest Obamajugend Annex. Anybody gonna turn 'em in? Anybody? Bueller? Bueller?
Option 2 - Government-mandated seizure of firearms. There aren't enough cops in this country who'd take part in that, and after a few days of Obamajugend being splattered across American front yards, can't really see that program working out either. I've read numerous articles on this treaty. Doesn't matter if our Prez, UN Secretary, Sec of State, etc. sign it. Irrelevant. The UN cannot usurp our Constitution. Thousands of great minds and conservative lawyers are all over this, thankfully. If this thing DID pass, we'd have a new civil war, and our side would have all the guns. They can have the Prius, the wind turbines, Hollywood, those retarded new light bulbs, and Congressman Weiner.

At the latest attempt to count, they say there are somewhere between 23 million and 44 million hunters in America. That's the largest Army in the world! It doesn't count the number of people who own weapons and don't hunt. That moves the number up to something north of 80 million. All we need is a little organization.

Guess who wrote these statements, explaining why nations should surrender their sovereignty to implement "global governance"?
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Moreover, states must be prepared to cede some sovereignty to world bodies if the international system is to function. Globalisation thus implies that sovereignty is not only becoming weaker in reality, but that it needs to become weaker. States would be wise to weaken sovereignty in order to protect themselves, because they cannot insulate themselves from what goes on elsewhere. Sovereignty is no longer a sanctuary. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - You Gosh-durned Americans, and your guns, and your Second Amendment, are standing in the way of Progress. |

Guns are scary. I had all mine melted down at the recycling center and got $12.
That is, the guns I bought after Double D and I lost our guns again on that last tragic deep sea fishing excursion. Darn those waves!

I have every faith that any attempt made to confiscate our firearms would be met with armed revolt. What I fear is the slow eroding of our rights over time, and bans on the sale of certain firearms and ammunition, one gun or one caliber at a time. We can always hold on to what we have if we are willing to fight, but how do you fight unavailability?

Has anybody bothered to remind the UN that if not for the US Constitution, including the 2A, there would be no UN. In fact, most of them, if they existed at all, would be speaking German or Russian and certainly not sitting in an air-conditioned building in NY trying to tell us how to improve our country. They need to consider the forest before cutting down the trees.

I think it's pretty safe to say that the American people have far more firepower than any other military on the planet. More than the top 4 or 5 combined in fact. Consider the facts in our last 50 years of conflicts. Having the most powerful military in the world doesn't mean a whole lot. If you take our firepower into acount, we've had our butts handed to us pretty regularly. Why? Home field advantage. The mighty US vs Vietnam? Fail. The mighty US vs Korea? Fail. The only way anyone will take over our country is to disarm the citizens first. Anything else would be suicide. ![]()

Guns are such an integral part of Americana, no guns across the land; never happen. There would be political upheaval, massive violence, and in the end serious change.
Ya know, our local Indians don't even pay any mind to state, fed laws in Alaska. They do as they always have done and smile. Ya know what? The govt lets them be because they can't make them stand in line as they are told. Everything functions smoothly when there is voluntary compliance by the masses. When the politicals or powers that be ever get too outta hand; the masses will say no way and everybody will quickly realize the king is stark ass naked and that is the reality of our world. Do you all remember the MLK riots of late 60's? The blacks got upset at what had went down. What do you think will occur when the Whites, get upset about something that is central to their existence? But the truth is it will never come about, the NRA and second amendment is becoming stronger not weaker. Obama stupid gun control dreams will go up in smoke with him over the nx year of inflation, unemployment, and the collapse of the greenback. |

Zhurh perhaps they wont do it all at once, but slowly over time. For example, how would you respond if the BATF on it's own or the president via executive order would ban the future manufacture or importation of .25 and .32 cal. ammunition? Are you ready to fire the first shot? It's one thing if they legislate things you can choose to defy, but they do it by making things unavailable. They wont ban the M4 you already own, but they can stop their future manufacture and sales. You and I may defy them but the manufacturers and marketers wont. They must comply or the government will shut them down. That's how the gun grabbers can and will do it...incrementally. Little tiny bites out of our rights, none seeming to be significant enough to fight over. Limitations like on annual gun purchases, banning any long arm with a pistol grip, or limiting magazine capacity of any semi auto weapon. Did the American gun owners revolt over the firearms act of 1934? How about the assault weapons ban?

Yes, but have you ever thought of the logistics to get them here? Can't be done.
