Seems like it rained as hard as I'd ever seen it rain for 7 or 8 days straight....The EQUIPMENT OPERATORS were out clearing debris away from the bridges and the ENGINEERING AIDES sat in the engineering office playing cards and reading books

Memories. I was with the Army's 1st Brigade, 5th Infantry Division (Mechanized) in Quang Tri Province in 69-70. We came under Command And Control of the 3rd Marine Division.
I was at Camp Red Devil and Quang Tri Combat Base.
