...but the best part is I get to wear a hat that I haven't got the nerve to wear anywhere else..

I'm proud of mine too...I'm just too chicken to wear them anywhere but at the gun club.

I wear mine everyday. Grew up out in the country. Love my hats, boots, and flannels.

I spent my very youngest days in the country too, but have been in the city for a coon's age.
Best I can do nowadays is carry a SA concealed just to amuse myself and confound any LEO I come into contact with.

WOW! Thanks for startin this thread. I don't do cowboy action shooting, but one of my fellow gun club members is into it, and I think it is really neat. Bring on the pictures folks.

Great guns gentlemen. I just have my old peacemaker. Thinking about picking up dual .45 Colt BlackHawks for out in the woods.

Nice, I open carried mine up in Oregon and got a lot of stares.

Boots, hat, flannels, and peacemaker makes you stand out in Salem.

I miss my cowboy guns. I had an oglesby worked Ruger Vaquero .45 colt. Traded it for a smoker rig.

It is... folks at the TFF meets havent complained about the BBQ coming out of it. Course I completely reworked it as soon as I got it.

Them was, by the by, a pair of 5 1/2" US Firearms 38/40s, then my Mississippi pistol, 11" 12 gauge SxS. The stainless 92 is my main match gun and the blue one is back up. Both 44/40.

Then my little girl shooting my favorite Husqvarna 16 gauge underlever.

73 and a 66, again, both 44/40.

The Spencer for when I'm feeling really froggy.

I purchased a Heritage .22mag/.22lr single action revolver yesterday. I guess a single action is the same as cowboy action right? How do you make it to shoot like a semi auto like how doc holliday did on the movie tombstone(1993) ?

Now it's a -- little bit shorter.
