Default Cross bow experience

Ok I shot my Inferno 175 pound pull for the first time today. NOT a toy, I hand my foo not completely in the "stirrup" like a big dummy and when it came OUT of the stirrup while I was cocking it (about 9th shot) and the thing BIT me. No real damage just bruised-but learning the hardway foot went into the stirrup ALL the way

So I HAD four bolts and made about 12 shots. I hit the target ONCE at about 25 yds(yup I need Practice),

So where did the 4 bold eventually go?? Into the cottonfield behind my house more than likely never to seen again

Bolts will go by the "way-side" from time to time. I found out years ago that if you shoot Bow, a metal detector comes in handy. Had to borrow one on several occasions and eventually bought one.
