My stainless version if the Savage 110 is a Savage 116 in 7mm Rem. Mag. and it's super deadly accurate even with the sizeable recoil that comes with the 7mm Mag.

I also have a Steyr SBS HBC Tactical that is much more forgiving of different ammo types than my 700VS-

Least expensive centerfire I own but this .308 H&R has been the most accurate gun I own since I took it out of the box 20 years ago. Plain Jane hunting bullets, 180 grain Remington Core-Lokt is the load this gun likes. Any other bullet weight and it's just another gun.

REmington 742 in 6mm. Only one I've ever seen, and was my dads.

center fire... hmmmm... would have to vote my M1A, the gun is 063,xxx serial number but was rebarreled and worked over good by the military armorers at camp perry many moons ago. the barrel/bolt are 7 million and something serial number.

But I hope to beat it with a new bolt gun, long overdue for one. Thinking either .280 rem or go for a .300 mag, probably .300 WSM or the RUM. Still need a M24 setup also though... hmmm.. so many guns, so little green in the wallet...

doesn't matter what bullet/powder combo you throw down the pipe, the M1A holds point of impact on all of them and it's stupid accurate, especially considering it's a gas gun. Even with iron sights, I can usually out-perform everything else I own. Some of my old 03-A3's are very accurate though also, even the 2 groove barreled one.

the .17 HMR I have (marlin) and my .22 target rifles are more accurate but rimfire so don't count.

This is a NM M-1 garand built on a Wincester receiver made in 1941...

The previous owner was a seious highpower shooter and took it to Camp Perry twice.

It is the only iron sighted rifle that I have ever been able to shoot a sub 1 moa group with.

I love this rifle.....I want to be buried with this rifle....

That's tough; I have several bolt guns that shoot into 1/2", but my favorite is a Pedersoli Sharps 1874 that I have been working with for the last few years. I have a 518 gr. cast bullet, heat treated from wheel weights and lubed with my own recipe sitting on 27.2 gr. of IMR4198 with a card, that puts five rounds into one hole at 100 yards. This is with a tang sight. Really astounding that one can get that kind of accuracy with a peep sight.

yep that a large ring commercial mauser action. Some of the best custom rifle actions are the Interarms Mark X actions.

The three of mine that I shoot with the most and would have to say, three of the most accurate that I like to shoot and coyote hunt with (as far as sub moa) are the Savage 12 in .223 Rem., Remington 788 in .243 Rem. and the Savage 11 in .204 Ruger.

Just a Bushnel 3X9. It was my Grandfathers, so I'm leaving it the way it was in his memory. The interest thing though is the serial # is only 1036, I just haven't found the time to research it further.

If I had to testify in court, I would have to say this is my most accurate center fire rifle right now, but only because I haven't had the time to work with my wife's Savage yet. I'm sure it will be far more accurate then the Rossi soon.

This is a Rossi single shot in .223, with Simmons 4x12x50 scope on it. Back story... It now shoots about one inch groups at 100 yrds. Not great, but considering when I first bought it I was lucky to group on a paper plate at 100 yrds its came a long way. It was junk brand new, but I couldn't in clear soul trade it off knowing that it shot so poorly (I won't pass junk along). So I had my local gunsmith/guru re-crown the barrel (factory crown was trash), and do some tweeks... So, I figure I'll trade it soon, because it's probably about as good as it will ever get with factory ammo now, and I'm just still looking for better.

Either a Ruger M77 in .220 Swift or a TC Icon Precision in Ruger .204. Both are barn burners.

WOW, lots of nice looking rifles there. I got a lucky score 15 years or so ago and bought a 1942 K98 Mauser 8mm off a buddy for 100$. Great rifling, like new barrel. No scope, nothing fancy, no mods to it and it shoots tight. Not too bad for a 70 year old rifle.

Reminton 700 'Varminter' H.B. in 6mm Rem., aftermarket laminate stock with aluminum bedding area and firelapped factory barrel and a trigger job. Best group has been .41" for 5 shots.
I'm sure it will do better, but for me.
