The utter shame of what happened in Benghazi prompted this....
Our President is also our military's Commander-in-Chief. All military are subject to the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice, if you didn't know). So, can Mr Obama be prosecuted under the UCMJ for sedition or treason? definitions: Sedition means disloyalty or treachery to one's country or its government. Treason is any attempt to overthrow the government or impair the well-being of a state to which one owes allegiance; the crime of giving aid or comfort to the enemies of one's government.

He could be tried for any crime by the Supreme Court which is where he would have to be tried. Not sure what sentence could be passed down on an ex-president since it has never happened before. Most likely 'prison time' would be sentenced as house arrest.

They should at least be handing out subpoenas trying to find out what they knew and when. Get it on record.
