i try not to shave too often , i had some grafts done on my face some years back and shaving just creates hassles but do shave for important things ..
just 3 days after i do the pock marks and suture lines all show up and takes a week or two to settle |

Does it count if you trim it up but have worn a full beard since 1968?

Even without the cute girl, that's still a pretty beard.

I usually let it grow in for 6 months, shave it down to a goatee, then let it grow in again. Just shaved recently for work, but am growing it back out now. This is 4 months of growth.

Grow it in the winter, cuts the wind. Shave it in mid to late spring, itches too bad when hot. Leave a goat, and burns. Don't trim to match just let it grow. No I won't take a pic 'less wife snaps one when I ain't payin attention. Hate any pics of me.

Mine pretty much stays like my profile photo most of the year. But, I let it grow in full for winter sometimes. My wife doesn't like it if it gets too long and Ticklely...

I wore a beard most of my life, but a couple of years ago I developed a skin problem, and the beard had to go. I miss my beard. Back in the late 70's I took a job working off shore, and had to shave my beard. My children cried.
