I'm quite familiar with James Madison's writings...even have a leather bound copy of the Federalist Papers that were supposed to be used to clarify points in the constitution. If you remember the civil war, before revisionist history got hold of it, it initially started to preserve the union from secession of states. In the constitution Texas is the only state that has the right to secede. Regardless of what James Madison thought. I'm not arguing he believed that...but according to our constitution, Texas is the only state that officially has the right...because as Sam Houston said: The United States NEEDS Texas, Texas does not need the United States. Any other state tries it, they'll find out they're not allowed to do it legally. But creating an argument here is moot in the face of the last straw of our once great country won't last another month.

Its almost impossible to comprehend the fact that americans are that stupid. I have been walking around shaking my head and saying "stupid people" all morning, in disbelief, not understanding how people could be so blind AGAIN. I dont buy into the whole "its all over" thing but I will say we are in deep, deep s**t and its going to be a rough ride. I just cant believe people are so stupid. There is no way bozo won the election. He stole it. First they had the bought and paid for media feed us that it was gona be a close race.

They stuffed the early vote with his votes. Only possible way this can happen. I was born at night but it wasn't last night. I know the pieces fit. YOu think they didn't think about this? Come on! We aint that stupid and the dem turnout was not that great. I know what i heard yesterday. Ohio was supost to go romney from an early call. THEY F'IG STOLE IT I TELL YA.

I woke up this morning, like every other morning, and found that nothing has changed. I still have my house, my car, and everything I had before the election.

I love my country, and I’d die for it. But I hate government, and I wouldn’t take a bullet for any politician. Rummy or O Boomer, either one, as President, isn’t going to make my life any better then it is now.

For me, a new president, is like a new wife, I just think of it as a period of adjustment and hope for the best. Complaining about either one wont change a thing. Life goes on.

You can get upset, and scream at the top of your lungs, call me names, tell me what a terrible person I am, and say that I don’t know what the heck I’m talking about, and that my friend, is called…….FREEDOM OF SPEECH…

When we lose that, then I’ll start to worry. Until then, keep your powder dry.

Well, we know they bus in illegals and homeless and bring people across borders to vote in states where they dont have to show IDs. They have done it for years and they are pros at it. Why cant it be stopped? Why cant obama be stopped? Why can he do whatever he pleases? Why can he go around congress and the house and do whatever and get away with it? Why? If they did it this time AGAIN, what will stop them next time? Never in our history has a president been re elected with a record like his. How did he do it? How will we stop this next time around? Even with a great candidate, I dont see the formula to stop the cheating, lies, deception and nobody seems to want to try.

I'm not arguing about it, it's just plain common sense that if you join, say a homeowners association, that you can dis-join from said union. If we are sovereign states, then we can leave the union at any time.
