Blue Book values:

RUGER MK.II TARGET

98% - $240
95% - $200
90% - $165
80% - $130

Add $16 for 4" bull barrel.
Add $8 for 10" bull barrel.

Don't know how much the scope adds to the price.

I thought this was a rifle due to the size scope on it. What is it?

Well, I cannot find a 'BV' version of the Savage Mark II.

May be newer than my book. Here is what the book shows.

F
FXP - included 4-15x scope (not 4-12)
FV
G
GXP - included 4-15x scope (not 4-12)
LV - no sights
FSS

Are you sure about the 'BV'?

Savage BV is a heavy bull barrel laminate. MSRP $253 or so with no scope.
Not sure which Bushnell but if Banner, that's a $99 scope retail. Rings not sure what kind but figure $15 for dovetail rings.
If it's a new gun, figure 10% off MSRP for the package.
If used....depends on how it is.

Now for the nitty gritty, dealer price on the BV
$188
Scope
$55 or so
Rings
$10

Disregard the question in the other forum...I thought I was going nuts....
Yeah that's not bad at all...as long as you are having fun with it...that's what counts and that's a good trade.
