Default Info on loading subsonic rifle

Looking for loading info on rifle subsonic.....I load cast for .308,7.62x54,7.62x39 all at 1500-1800fps....should I just cut my load by 1/3 and stuff dacron in(my fav filler) or.....Figured if anyone knew someone here would...

I have a Supressor load for .308.. 8 gr of titegroup and a 168 gr bullet. good for 1050 fps.

The latest caliber or gear is no substitute for experience and skill. Rifles and cartridges don't make hits -- shooters do.

TB is the safest way to get low pressure loads.

never liked cast for sub loads , just me maybe but iffy i thought so used FMJ's for sub loads to avoid issues
