Default Veteran's Day

To all the Veterans...
To our parents who were Veterans...
To our grandparents who were Veterans...
To all our ancestors who fought so we could be free...
A salute and a thank you. God bless.

Magnificent day yesterday in Bandera, Texas. Vet's Day Celebration at the court house.Nice speeches, patriotic stuff. Nice parade with military bands and great music. And lots of Vets. I got to shake hands ,and personally thank some great patriots that served us all.

my dad is gone but I did call my friend's Dad and thank him today. he then asked if I wanted to go duck hunting with him next weekend. I am honored to just know him and have some of his ideals rubbed off onto me
