Welcome to the brave new world of big brother and Zero privacy for the individual.
It started with corporations compiling data on us for marketing and bill collections. But then this data is supplied to governments to keep an eye on what we are doing. |

I think they're probably trying to prevent e-bay from being a method of selling stolen goods.
