I don't see any source for the above. The official St. Lucie County Florida election results website does not show 180% voter turn out. Check it out:

Here in the Socialist Republic of Pennsylvania ,Philadelphia in particular they counted 59 districts within Philadelphia where Romney did not receive even ONE SINGLE VOTE!! They said that just the chances that someone pushed a wrong button are greater that he would have received a few mistake votes. The talley was something just over 19,000 for Obama and 0 for Romney.

Which of the 59 districts had no Romney votes? I think every responsible American should look into these allegations which are easy enough to look into. Here is a website I found on google:
