Default Resolve: From the Jungles of WW II Bataan, A Story of a Soldier, a Flag, and a Promis

Resolve: From the Jungles of WW II Bataan, A Story of a Soldier, a Flag, and a Promise Kept

This book is the story of Clay Conner. Clay escaped the Bataan death march and led resistance in the Phillipines until US forces returned to recapture the islands. When he died, the Phillipine government sent officials to the funeral that dad presided at.

He was a good friend of Dad's, and his life story had a major impact on my life. He was part of a group of businessmen who were instrumental in helping dad get started in ministry in Indianapolis.

Dad just told me about it; there was a book launch for this book in Indianapolis in the last few days.

Amazon has it on sale, and it has 5-star reviews. Sounds like a good read, from the reviews.

Another hero of WWII.
