I have a P1935 and am thinking about installing a reduced power recoil spring so I can shoot the low power, surplus practice ammo that holds a single pellet in the blue plastic bullet. Looking on Wolf's Gunsprings site I see they have a recoil spring marked 8 lbs. Would that spring be light enough? (or is that a misprint, as the standard is 17 lbs)

Those rounds won't cycle your auto with any spring. They are meant to be hand-cycled only.

Thanks Bill,
I won't waste my time getting a new spring. |
