I'm having problems with my dillon 650. When the ram goes up and comes back down it seems like the the primer index plate doesn't seem to click all the way. I replaced the primer arm but its still doing the same thing. So every time the ram comes down I have to pull the arm back just a tiny tiny tiny bit. Can anyone lead me in the right direction. Thanks

Call Dillon in a.m.. I was having problem with my 550 indexing correctly and the tech gave me a few options to try. Ended up all I had to do was grease the bolt that holds the plate to the main shaft. But he was able to give me the correct info over the phone. Give them a shout

Replace the return spring and the spring type washer. I just had the same trouble and it fixed it right up.

The Dillon forum also has some good info too, you might be able to get a fix before techsupt opens tomorrow.
