i remember walking to my aunts house , about 500 yds away, every evening at 5 pm to watch the 3 stooges and popeye the salior along with capt. tugg.
this time of year when a show would end they would play one of the above or frosty

Still like cartoons (after a 100 years), but never heard of those. Favorites were Popeye, Betty Boop
and others.

Heard it on the radio and saw the cartoon in the theater, never saw it on TV. Probably because we didn't have one.

We had a station that played alot of this kind of stuff in the afternoon and weekends. It was an independent station. They also had Soupy Sales and the 3 Stooges.

i remember F troop and the lone ranger
but the above was only shown at christmas time . if i am not mistaken it was on WTTG out of washington dc
