I have a M1879 Revolver ..Made in 1882 ..The one with the long barrel. 90% finish. Wood good . All serial numbered parts. Someone cut the lanard ring off.

Hi Flanreys.......welcome to TFF.
Your Model 1879 10.55mm Reichs Revolver is worth: Exc. - $1000 V.G. - $700 Good - $500 Add 20% for Mauser-built revolvers. The cut off lanyard ring will decrease the collector value somewhat, but I don't know how much. Info is from the 2nd Edition of The Standard Catalog of Military Firearms. |
