some one posted a inquiry of what type of ak it was bin-laden sported around

I watched a show today on the history channel about ak-47's ,it showed what appeared to be bin-ladens gun he is seen with ,it is a ak-74 in 5.45 caliber identified by its orange magazine ,short barrel and cone shaped flash suppresser

like me most probably thought it was a choped custom job ,but it is not

OK, gotta ask a novice's question. Do the orange bakelite magazines only come in one caliber and that being 5.45 X 39.

I know the 7.62 X 39 mags can be offered in many colors.

One other question please, how does a B-square mount go on the AK, where do they attach?

#1. Select Fire!

#2. It's called a "Krinkov" Model which some
are still available on a form #3 or #4 NFA Stamp,
the firearm if obtained in the US legally through
the above method will run you between $5,000
to $8,000.

I have the orange bakelite magazines in 7.62x39 and in .223 caliber, some made in China, some East German.

P.S. - did you note in the file footage that Bin Laden is shooting left handed? Muslim shooting with the defiled hand. Devil in his own culture.
