Yep, the Barami grip alone is very small. The Tyler grip adapter helps it fill the hand a bit better without compromising concealability.
Works really well with an alloy-framed revolver and Sansabelt slacks!! ![]()

Have one on my j-frame and colt detective speial.
They do just great. Belt, pants, pocket it works. I also use the Tyler grip adapter. |

The Barami Hip Grip is specifically mentioned in Ga's carry laws - I found that interesting. You have to carry concealed in Ga (with permit) in a holster - no dropping-in-the-pocket-carry. They call out a "hip grip" as a legal carry device.
