Southern China stir fry - The Firearms Forum

OK it didn't come from southern China I made it up!!!!

BUT IT IS GOOD
You will need the following ingredients
two pounds ground / bulk sausage ( I like the hot)
1 cup cooked rice per person
a large bag of fried noddles
a medium size bag of stir fry Vegg's
1 bottle Stir fry sauce

Brown / scramble the sausage and drain
add Vegg's and stir fry until tender but still crisp
add rice and sauce FOLD(like that lady on TV) stir it up
serve over a bed of fried noddles

now when the good old boys come over and are sitting around spitting tobacco juice in the coke bottle you can serve them a southern China dish
