What does it take to begin shooting/competing in the SASS.

Two six guns and rifle of the same caliber, holster rig, shotgun, period clothing and a hat. Some clubs will let you compete a couple of times without period dress and some members will even allow you to use their gear. Check out the local shoots in your area to find out more about this fast growing sport and talk with some of the competitors. They will be alot of help.
