Agreed...
an excellent read. But why can't we get the appropriate court(s) to come out once and for all and say it like it is. Isn't there a move to get the Supreme Court to finally rule on this?

This is one of the finest reads on the 2nd Amendment that I have seen, bar none, including legal writings of all kinds.
Everyone should take the time to read it and be armed with a good understanding of the individual rights and have answers to those who say it ain't so.....
