Default ATF: Will wonders ever cease.

Mailed my C&R application 12/8/04. Received license today 4/21/05.
Doesn't it give you the warm and fuzzies to know that the efficiency of
our federal agencies are at this level. Oh well, made 20 copies of license
today and now I can spend some $$$. A good day to all. Bigiron.

Don't forget to sign all those copies in colored ink before you mail 'em!

You should know that the apparent "inefficiency" of the BATF is purposeful. Their goal is to harass, intimidate, and anger citizens who want to exercise their rights. The BATF can be efficient when they want to be (like when going after NFA violators or storming the home of peaceful citizens and shooting their children).

Be sure to sign all your copies in red ink, like I do, so it will look like you're signing it own your own blood!

Mtnboomer,
Great idea on the red ink. When dealing with a federal agency one should always
be prepared to donate a pound of flesh and a gallon of blood. As if one would have
either left after paying taxes.
Bigiron.
