looking for factory rifle in 30-06 with 26"+ target/heavy barrel, bolt action with good accuracy any idea's?, my mauser 98 action is worn and so is the barrel used to shoot 1/2"@100yd, now shooting 1.5"@100yd, after many, many happy rounds may go custom again if i don't find good factory.

They can be bought new for well under the $500 suggested retail. $400.00 is what they are going for new if I remember right. VERY accurate guns. Savage puts all the money into the barrel.
