Default 13 round mags for LLama Max-II-L/F????

A guy I know has the above described gun, he gave me the manual and asked me if I could find any 13 round/.45 cal magazines for it. The manual, or should I say "Manuelo", shows such a mag. The mag he has now holds 10 and it is a staggered "double stack" type construction, I've looked everywhere I can think of. It's sort of an odd gun, has a 5 1/2" barrel. The year of manufacture is 1973. Says so right on the slide. It's stainless frame and slide with the slide blackened. I know it's quality is suspect, but told him I would look.

Anybody know where I might find one of these magazines for him?

Thanks, Bill

If you can't find a shop around town that has them. Start hittin up the search engines.

Been doing that, all I can find are 10 rounders, I can't think of anywhere else to look. Is there a mag made for another brand that would fit?

That would be my suggestion also.

Contact whoever makes them now and ask them. If they are still made by Llama try their website.

Not exactly clear on this, but it seems Llama was taken over by Bersa/Firestorm. I don't think a similar gun is made now, but found out today that a Para-Ordanance 13 round mag will work. Thanks for ur replies.
