Don't think so - at least I've never heard of one. Possible someone did a custom job, but no factory.

Marlin makes the model 1894CB in 32 mag, but that is the only rifle I could find chambered for it.

DW, strictly as an aside, years ago there was such a thing as a .32 rimfire cartridge, though no one chambers a rifle for it anymore and the ammo is very hard to find today. I understand the ammo makers will sometimes (very rarely) do a run of it for the rifles still out there that chamber the round. My grandfather had one when he was a boy in Tennessee around the turn of the century and used it to put meat on the table.

S&W and Ruger used to make pistols in that round, 32 H&R mag.
Just googled H&R 32 magnum. Marlin seems to be the only one making a rifle in that round and it's mod 94 and is designed for CAS.

I asked because I have purchased a Ruger SP-101 in 32 H&R mag and thought (dangerous ground) I might like to have a rifle to match.

Thopson/Center makes a carbine model of their Contender in .32 H&R Mag. I have one myself with a barrel made in T/C's custom shop.
If you are interested check out the Fox Ridge/TC custom shop catalog or website. http://www.foxridgeoutfitters.com/ |

UPDATE:
I went to Whittaker Gun's on Saturday (08/19/06) and they had the Marlin 1894CB in 32 H&R magnum in stock, checked them out and purchased one, priced at $567.99 before tax. Heavy octagon barrel, loads the tube magazine like the rimfire instead of a loading gate. I had both Federal loads, 85gr JHP C32HRB and 95gr LSWC C32HRA, and it fed both perfectly. Due to heat and humidity I only fired at 50 yards. I was getting 1" groups, 3 shots but was having to stop and clean my glasses every shot. I also had some reloads (my first) and they worked well also, not as powerful as the factory loads but close. This round and rifle is not for everyone but it has grabbed my attention hard and I like the round , the rifle and my revolver. P.S. This round is the reason I started reloading. ![]() Last edited by DWARREN123; 08-20-2006 at 05:34 PM.. |

Been a 32 H&R fan since the 80's. currently have two ruger ssm's 4 5/8 and a 6 1/2. A rifle would be a real nice addition. My 6 1/2 chroni's at 1250 with full load of lil gun and 85 gr hornady hp's, that would really step out in a 18" carbine. I've also tried the sp 101 in 327 using my loads, thats a sweet combo.
