after looking for a transferable BAR for a while, and not finding on, I want to try something.
Buy a BAR parts kit and a 80% receiver. Question I have is Does anyone out there have an idea on how to finish the receiver so that it ONLY FIRES FROM A CLOSED BOLT IN SEMI and will meet BATF approval? Rest assured I am not going to build an illegal mg and go to jail, so any help would be appreciated

BAR`s are readily available, semi and MG. To assemble one from a parts kit is a no-no unless you are a Class II dealer, as they will fall under that toothless assault weapon law.

Try this site, they offer the kit with an approval
letter from BATF.
