Was talking to friends about being interested in one of the guns. There is a guy in my county,Yalobusha, and he has one. He told them he had to pay an annual fee of over $1500 to own the gun.I cannot imagine what this fee would be for. I haven't been able to run him down today to see if this is, in fact, true. do any of you know anything about this fee? Thanks, Tom

You sure the guy isn't confusing the single shot or semi version with the Ma-Deuce? Unless you guys have some really unfriendly state regulation calling the "big gun" a destructive device.

That is exactly what I told the guys. For 200 bucks you can get FA permit. They are on the lookout for the owner to clarify what he paid the fee for. He travels a lot I understand in is a little hard to reach sometimes. I am really interested in what that charge was for. Thanks, Tom
