Default Three to five found bursts......

The above heading should be "Three to Five round bursts", I couldn't edit my title.

In training we were always urged to fire three to five round bursts from any full automatic weapon. Of course with adrenalin it would not work that way in combat. Those of you who have used M-60's M-16's and the M2 in combat how long could you fire these weapons before they over heated/jammed?
