Hi everyone
What types of dies do you use? I have mostly RCBS and have just bought a few Lee sets. I have also bought some used Lyman sets. They work just as good as new stuff and is cheaper. I just bought a Colt SA. Now I have to find some .45 long colt dies (preferably used-cheap)

I use a lot of LEE and really like them. I just set up a new set of LEE 8x57JS. I have some Pacific and C&H. I use several sets of Lyman 310 dies for the tong tool, but don't have any of their full size dies.

I have mostly RCBS, Lee and Dillon dies for full length resize. I use Redding for neck size only!

I am split 50-50 between Lee and RCBS with a few hornady thrown in. I have had good experiences with all three companies. RCBS is based in Lewiston ID, While Lee is in Wisconsin somewhere. Now I used to pick up die sets at garage sales for little or nothing. It seems that the wester you go the more used RCBS you see, while easter you go ...the reverse occurs. You can pick up dies cheap on e-bay if you know what you specifically want.

That's a pretty good 2 cents worth there Wyomy
I too have RCBS-Lyman and Lee. Most of my sets I bought used either on ebay or at the trading post. I got a used set of RCBS .223 and it made ridges around the neck. I contacted RCBS and they said they would regrind them. I sent them and they could not fix them so they sent me a brand new set--FREE. I told them I bought them used and they said their dies are gaurenteed forever regardless of who owns them. Great company. The Lee sets are new-I just got them from Midway-haven't had a chance to use them yet.
