i have the standard gi sight and i would like to upgrade to another site for as cheap as possible.
im not sure on the proper terms but i believe its called "tenon". i am wondering if i need a narrow or a wide tenon front sight. its a series 70 if it helps

Sir,
You are correct, the tenon size is critical. I had .the front sight replaced on my GI WWII Champion and if I remember correctly, mine had a "medium" tenon. The gunsmith took a wide tenon and filed it down to fit. I bought those replacement sights from King's. It was a three dot system. tex
