you are allowed to dispose of weapons in your collection as long as you don't do an unacceptable ammount - read the regs that you got concerning this.
As far as I'm aware there is no restriction on how you dispose of anything. Just be sure the individual is of leagal age and legally permitted to have whatever you're giving them. Sarge |
