enfield 308 - The Firearms Forum

just picked up a enfield in excellent condition it's a 2a 308 indian armory made in 1968 . does anyone have any experience with one of these ? likes dis-likes etc......

I have one and it shoots good. One thing though. It shoots 7.62x51 NATO ammo, not
.308 Win. There is a difference in the rounds.

I've been shooting Lake City 7.62 match through mine. I just happen to have a good supply of the stuff. It shoots great.

I've also got an Enfield 2A Ishapore. Beautiful rifle.
