What is the twist rate for the "lr" vs`s the mag.? Thanks LTS "am not" R2 AntiqueDr Moderator Posts: 584 (8/7/01 12:39:48 pm) Reply Re: AntiqueDr -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The LR goes 1:16, the Mag is the same. You dont get into faster twists until you get to .223 Rem. The rechambering is very simple. The problem is the overall length of the cartridge functioning and feeding. Has a strong bolt and massive receiver for a .22. Just pondering the thought, while building another. Thanks LTS "am not" R2
