Here are a few of my knives of WWII. From the top, the Cataragus 225Q, a Western and the Kabar. These have worked well for me in the field still and since you can still pick up really nice examples for under $25.00 they are a great value.

Sig as a matter afact that style Western was my first hunting knife and I still have it although it has been much abused through the years I still hold a fondness for it.
