Kinda hard to make out from the picture, but if that rear protrusion is a shoulder stock, or acts as a shoulder stock, I doubt if it's legal.

Thanks Xracer! It's a High Standard 12 ga, and that is a rotating shoulder stock portrusion. I'm just curious...Mossberg also made a Bullpup 12 gauge and it is civilian legal...Know of any sites where i can go and look it up for its legality?...

yes they are legal , i have seen several ,they go for around 650.00 here ,

measure the barrel length ,then over all length should be 26"

the rear stock should rotate also ,they are pretty neat ,i wish i didn't pass on the last one i saw at a pawn shop

i had one of the mossberg /maverick bull-pups ,they are much larger than the high standard , the bullpups made by just ,"maverick" are more pricy they only made them for a few years ,using mossy 500's ,then when they went out ,mossberg started making them

here was the one i had ,never fired it

Yep, the High Standard 10B, made during the early to mid-1970's. Basically a modified Supermatic.

I have parts if/when it breaks.
