Default changing to different nipple size

Hello everyone, I was wondering if I can change the nipples on my pieta 1851 navy revolver from #10 nipples to #11 nipples. I own a .50 cal. #11 percussion rifle and just want to be able to use one size cap for both firearms. Thanks

I have done it on my revolvers, just make sure you get the correct thread size. The other thing I have done is just pinch the #11 cap and that works too.
