I agree - this is an unfortunate mutation. Notice how his back end bounces so high when the poor creature runs, due to the excess weight ahead of his front legs shifting his center of gravity too far forward -

Would certainly make an interesting trophy, though!

Absolutely a genetic mutation. Diet had nothing to do with it, unless it was those glow in the dark deer kibbles...

I bet they imported his parents from around Oak Ridge Tennessee. I bet his boy berries glow in the dark too !

I have lived here in TN not far from Oak Ridge for thirty years, and have noticed nothing untoward at all in this area.
