Hushpuppy secrets
I followed the recipe and they came out HARD on the outside, and MUSHY on the inside.
What's the dealio?

I'm not big on hush puppies, but I'm sure we can figure it out together... Some recipes can be a bit weird... I know that different ovens/cooking devices vary, altitude, all that stuff. I've been fooling around with a certain recipe for months now and still don't have it perfect, but I enjoy playing with it. Crpdeth
