If your holster completely encloses your pistol/revolver, is it then considered concealed? Even thou you wear it openly?
http://www.ima-usa.com/product_info.php/products_id/691 Just curious. ![]()

No question is stoopid, if you don't know the answer. The NC definition of Concealment, The Concealed weapon(out of site of the public) "about the person" which generally means it must be concealed either on the person or within arms reach or within ready access of the person.
If it is in a holster on your side in the open, it's not concealed. It's open carry.

In Texas if people can tell you're got a pistol, it's not concealed and will get you a visit with
someone who can open carry pistol and badge.
