I live in CA. Max Mag cap is 10 rounds. How come you can buy a brand new tube fed marlin 22 that has a 14 round capacity?? Also, i have a marlin 70pss papoose breakdown gun, very fun. Does anyone know where i can get a handguard for the exposed barrel close to the stock?

Thanks

Bagoosh,

Tube fed firearms I believe are exempt from the ban.

Not sure about the handguard part, one of the other
members may know.

There never was a handguard for the papoose, I guess if you wanted one you should be able to find someone to make it for you.
