After watching them cook and eat guinea pig on bizarre foods,
I have an uncontrollable desire to go down to the pet store and fire up the barbie. The wife is horrified so i'll have to do it on the sly.
should i spit roast it, or oven roast it. I'm thinking oven roast the first with
with winter savory and orange time, stuffed with a little onion and garlic,
get more of the flavor of the meet. then spit roasting the second.(i'll tell them it's squirrel) marinated in truffelized brandy.
Any suggestions?

I have been thinking of this ever since the wife bought hers for the kids. People meet Scotch and Hamlet.

The brown one, Scotch is it, looks like a nice well fed ground pig

My cousin brought up a concern about eating a pet store pig, you don't know what it's been shot up with

Gonna have to find a free range
