Default Colt 22 range report

I took out my Colt 22 that I had posted as a "slab-side" on an earlier post. It had never been fired before, and I put about 60 rounds through it without a hitch. I would have fired more through it, but I had a variety of different handguns that I had to test shoot also. I can say with all honesty that the Colt 22 was the smoothest functioning .22 pistol I had ever fired. I used the cheapo Federal 36 grain JHP in the bulk 550 pack, and I still couldn't believe that it performed like it did.
Just thought you might like to know.

Which Colt .22 is it? A Woodsman or a later model?

45nut,
It was a Colt 22 that was once called the "Cadet". It is amazingly accurate and reliable for a so-called "cheap" pistol.
