Default Concerned about adjustable sights

Carried Glocks as a cop (before Fire and medic school), but was dying to get a Sig. Ran into a new Sig Elite P220 with the adjustable Siglight sights...anyone have any experience with the adjustable ones? Kinda leary of them but got a great deal. Opinions wanted!!!!

Look at the XDs. They have adjustible sights. I love them, if you're going to do competition shooting. For up close and personal, not necessary as you're going for center-of-mass.
