I got this rifle from my grandfather before he died. I guess it has been 'sporterized.'
![]() Anyways, I was wondering if anyone know what these markings means? ![]() One more thing. Loading a round into the chamber has started to get harder. When I extract the case I can see 1/3 of a circle cut around the primer. Any ideas?

Could you post a pic of the fired casing? It would help us figure out what is happening. Regards, Kirk
